1. Definitions

WeNative’s Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) stipulates the relationship between the users (“you" or "user”) of WeNative (“this service”) and ADrim Inc. ("we" or “our company”). T&C applies to all relationships that arise from use of this service. It states that by accessing or using this service, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with the T&C, you cannot use this service.

2.Personal Responsibility

All users use this service on the premise that he or she is personally responsible for the use of this service and that they liable for the being responsible for heeding the below words of caution. Our company is in no way responsible for damages caused by someone who violates the T&C.

1. Users are personally responsible for the text, data and other information that they store on this service.
2. Users will not share their password with a third party.
3. Users will not violate the copyrights, image rights, privacy rights or other rights of other users, a third party or the company.
4. Users will take responsibility for saving text, data or other information that was corrected by themselves or other users.

3. Data Management

The user acknowledges that saving and consistency of data and files is not guaranteed. Our company does not accept any responsibility for the loss of stored and saved files or data while using this service due to unforeseen circumstances. When it is necessary to improve or perform maintenance on this service, we can reproduce, as well as perform other actions on, the data the user has saved on our server as necessary for the improvement or maintenance.

4. Prohibitions

By using this service, users must agree below.

not to submit or transmit any text, words, conversations, information or other material that:

1. infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
2. violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
3. is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
4. is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, vulgar or offensive;
5. promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
6. is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or
7. promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances

not to cause or intend to cause embarrassment or distress to, or to threaten, harass or invade the privacy of users.

not to bully, abuse, harass, stalk, demean, threaten or discriminate users.

not to ask for or offer sexually explicit material, and/or material harmful to children.

not to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

not to engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on this Services.

not to attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our company's systems or networks or breach any security or authentication measures, not to facilitate or encourage any violations of these T&C.

5. Handling Personal Information

The handling of personal information relating to this Service shall be in accordance with the privacy policy separately set forth by our company, and the users shall agree that our company will handle the user’s personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

6. Membership

The user who purchases the membership of this service (“subscriber”) shall pay $9.00 USD per month to our company by credit card settlement or PayPal account. The membership fee for the first one (1) month shall be paid on the application date. In each subsequent month, the membership fee for the next month shall be settled on the same date as the application date. This billing cycle will recur until a subscriber cancels the membership of this service.

Please note that membership fees are not refundable.

7. Disclaimer

Our company is in not responsible or liable in any manner for any damage caused to members in the use of this service. Nor is our company responsible for any damage to any third party caused by a user and that resolving any damage caused by a user to a third party is the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Modification or Termination of Service

Our Company may, for any reason, modify or terminate the provision of this service. In the event our company terminates this service, our company shall notify the users in advance.

9. User Qualifications

User must be more than 16 years old to be eligible to use this service.

10. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

This T&C and its interpretation comply with the laws of Japan, and any dispute of any sort that arises between user and our company, the area in which the head office of this service is located will have exclusive jurisdiction of the first trial through mutual agreement.
